GIPA/MEPA Acknowledgement 

As we gather here to support those of us living with HIV, we acknowledge the importance of deconstructing the unique stigma experienced by people living with HIV and AIDS in our province. We acknowledge those people living with HIV who may be here at this event, and we thank you for your leadership.

We also recognize the critically important contribution people living with HIV can make in the HIV sector and in society.  We urge all organizations to create space for the meaningful involvement and active participation of people living with HIV so our communities will be stronger.
