ABRPO can provide support, capacity building, and training for Managers in Ontario. Our coaching and training models are based on the principles of holistic health that serve to support Managers in their own grief, as well as train them to work with Frontline Staff experiencing loss and multiple loss.

ABRPO assists managers in building organizational capacity by:

  • Providing and demonstrating concrete tools through capacity building and workshops.
  • Leading impact debriefs to address the presence of multiple loss grief.
  • Providing training to use ABRPO tools for themselves and with their staff teams.
  • Helping managers adapt to unavoidably complex issues through consultations and coaching. The focus of the sessions are: to understand when and where to use the various ABRPO tools; to build capacity to administer ABRPO tools and techniques; to create opportunities for staff to process ongoing multiple loss and grief as well as to build in strategies for maintaining and building resiliency.
